Program Description

The Decatur Strength x Conditioning Kids program is a comprehensive fitness program tailored for children, aiming to combat Exercise Deficit Disorder and promote healthy lifestyle choices through foundational movement patterns, structured exercise sessions, and engaging discussions about nutrition. 


It offers a fun and interactive environment while ensuring children receive their recommended weekly exercise dosage.
