Program Description

The Open Gym Program at Decatur Strength x Conditioning provides a dynamic space where individuals of all fitness levels can engage in self-directed workouts, guided by experienced coaches. 


With flexible hours and a wide range of equipment available, participants have the freedom to tailor their exercise routines to their preferences and goals, fostering a supportive and inclusive fitness community.

Flexibility and Convenience: The Open Gym Program offers flexible hours, allowing participants to work out at their own pace and on their own schedule, making fitness more accessible and convenient for busy lifestyles
