THE FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR TRIAL WORKOUT
During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, answer any questions you may have. Then we will explain the workout of the day. If you choose, we will have you do the workout of the day so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are. Trial workouts are $20.
Strength + Conditioning Annual Membership
$1899 – 12-Month Membership (prepaid)
The aim of our Decatur Strength & Conditioning program is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares you for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.
