10 Seated Double DB Shoulder Press @ moderate weight – maintain quality
10 Single Leg DB Romanian Deadlift (each side) @ moderate weight
20 Russian Kettlebell Swing @ heavy weight – maintain quality

200 Double Unders –> sub with tuck jumps or plate hops
100 Wall Ball @ 20/14# –> reduce load or use jump squats

*Partition in a manner that will allow you to finish fastest. If you are good at wall balls, bigger sets are better. If you have mental block lots of smaller sets are better.
