Max Rep Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

Score = Number of Toes To Bar & Chest To Bar Pull-Ups. No rest between AMRAPs.

Goal: 75 Toes To Bar and 75 Chest to Bar

Stimulus: You should be pacing the burpees and practicing getting big sets of gymnastics

L1 = As Written

L2 = Knee Raises, Chin Over Bar Pull-Ups

L3 = Sit-Ups, Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
