5 Power Snatch @ 70% — shoulder be fast singles

4 Power Snatch @ 75% — :05 rest between singles

3 Power Snatch @ 80% – :10 rest between reps

2 Power Snatch @ 85% – :15 rest between sets

1 Power Snatch @ 90% – take your time and hit this, if you miss twice you are done!

Notes: Should be a 10:00 MetCon. Cap workout at 15:00. Sub tuck jumps for double unders.
