Part A. Ski 500m for time

Part B. Take your 500m ski time and use it to an AMRAP of meters skied (i.e. if your 500m ski time was 2:00 you do an AMRAP x 2:00 of meters skied)

Part C: Take the meters you skied in part B and do that for time
Goal: Repeatability. A perfect workout would be 500m for all 3 events. The amount of mental fortitude that takes is almost impossible.
