Workout Of The Day
Metcon (Time)
Run Bike Run
For Time
Run 1 Mile
Bike (on the road) 3 Miles
Run 1 Mile

If you don’t have a bike run a 5k instead
After your run finish with 8 sprints.

Go as long as you’re still sprinting. When your legs and lungs explode stop an walk until you can take 7 nasal in nasal out breaths then repeat.

If you can’t run do 8 x 1 Minute on 1 Minute off of burpees.
