This workout has to be run in heats because we only have 12 SkiErgs. Heat 2 will start when Heat 1 finishes the first 1000m row. I will personally give anyone that can catch the person in front of them a $50 Brick Store gift card, except Mark 🙂

Coaches Note
The aim of this workout is to get as close to the 15-17 minute time range as possible. Ladies and shorter lighter men it will probably take longer for you to do this, so allow yourself an extra minute or two.
