This workout is to celebrate Cindy Weiss’ 57th Birthday. If you don’t know Cindy is one of the fittest athletes at CrossFit Decatur that most people don’t know. She’s not topping the leaderboard unless we are maxing bench press or doing an AMRAP of sit-ups. Cindy is one of CFD’s longest standing members. She maintains a high level of fitness despite having a diagnosis of spinal stenosis (a narrowing of the canal around your spinal cord). Cindy truly embodies everything CrossFit embraces. She doesn’t allow other people to place limits on her. She is not defined by a diagnosis. Cindy gives No F’s. She shows up and does her thing harder than anyone else in the gym and never complains about not being able to do the WOD as written. She just does the thing.
