Today’s strength work is all about that eccentric. It would be better to go lighter and do a legit :03 lower than do the recommended % and not be in control of the bar.

Today’s MetCon should feel similar to Helen. Fast & grippy. Scale the TTB to Hanging Knee Raises if necessary.
