WOD for 5.27.19
We only have classes at 8:30, 9:30 & 10:30 AM today. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

Also it’s going to be really hot today. Please bring water and understand alcohol will dehydrate you. So if you drank a bunch last night get some water and salt (aka electrolytes) before you show up.
