Use weight you can do unbroken the whole workout. If you have to break up the reps the weight is too heavy.
15 unbroken Wallball shots takes :25-:30. That is the stimulus here. Intervals of :30 on :30 off for 12 minutes. If your legs are too crispy from Tuesday you could sub 10 burpees, 12-15 box jumps, 15 kb swings, 15 slam balls…etc for the wallball shots and get the intended training effect.
