Workout Of The Day
Shoulder Press (5 x 5 @ 85%)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
"Can You Take Me Higher?"
In 20 Minutes Complete As Many Bar Muscle-Ups As Possible Using The Following Format:
200m Run
1 Bar Muscle-Up
200m Run
2 Bar Muscle-Up
200m Run
3 Bar Muscle-Up
200m Run
4 Bar Muscle-Up

This is a repeat workout from 5.14.18

If you don’t have a bar muscle-up you can use the same scheme and do strict pull-ups, weighted strict pull-ups, times 2 kipping chest to bar pull-ups, times two ring rows…etc. Use the workout to get better at something.
