Rx = 55/35 lb DB’s, 24/20" Box, Unassisted Pull-Ups

Fx = 45/25 lb DB’s, 20/14" Box, Band Assisted Pull-Ups

Accessory Work (Optional)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Tabta DB Floor Press

(use light weight 10-35 lbs, you should be able to get 10-15 reps per set)

Hold DB’s in lockout position on 10 second rests
