80 Wallball Shots
60 Deadlifts
40 Burpee Box Jumps
20 Overhead Squats

Rx+ = 30, 20 lbs wallball, 185/125 lbs for barbell movements, 24/20" box

Rx = 20, 14 lbs wallball, 135/95 lbs for barbell movements, 24/20" box

Fx = 16, 12 lbs wallball, 85/60 lbs for barbell movements (front squats instead of Overhead squats if OH mobility is bad, 24/20" box (step-ups ok)

Stimulus: This is a "grit" workout meany that it’s going to be a grind and it’s going to be hard and take some fortitude to get through. The flavor is more Kelly than Helen or Cindy (if you don’t know these workouts Google search the name + crossfit workout after). If the weights aren’t heavy enough to be "gritty" than make them heavier.
