Workout Of The Day
Deadlift (15 Minutes To Find a Max)
Metcon (Time)

Rx = 225/155 lbs
Fx = 185/135 lbs, Jumping Chest To Bar Pull-Ups

Don’t forget about the CFD Flexibility & Mobility Class tonight at 7pm.

This week we will be doing the following
20 Minutes of Whole Body PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretch Work

Then a Lower Back & Lower Body "Training Room" Style Treatment Circuit that will include
-Soft tissue treatment with the Theragun
-Scraping (Gua Sha)
-El Doa based Neural /Fascial Stretching
-Stability Work For The Core & Lower Back
