Workout Of The Day
Metcon (Time)
Using The Following Guidelines Complete 60 DB Push Press For Time:
In 3 Minutes Complete
20/14 Calorie Bike
20 Toes To Bar
with remaining time perform Max Rep DB Push Press

keep repeating this until you get to 60 reps

rest 1 minute between 3 minute cycles

Rx = 55/35 lb DBs
Fx = 45/25 lbs DBs @ Hanging Knee Raises

Extra Credit
Complete The Following Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Minutes
10 Bicep Curls
5 Push-Ups
10 Shoulder Press
5 Push-Ups
use a 45/35 lb empty bar for the weight work
