Workout Of The Day
Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

If you can’t maintain the EMOM then this turns into an AMRAP.

Squats to a med ball and hand release push-ups are in order for this today.

Band assisted pull-ups are the scale if you can’t do unassisted pull-ups
