Push Press (1 x 3 @ 70%, 1 x 3 @ 80%, 1 x ME @ 90%)
Metcon (Time)
10 Rounds NOT For Time
1 :03 False Grip Ring Pull-Up
1 Strict Ring Muscle-Up
1 :03 False Grip Ring Pull-Up

Rest as needed between each round. Scaling options will be plentiful. We want as many folks as possible mimicking the movement.
