WOD for 7.10.18

Workout Of The Day
Clean (15 Minutes to find a 1RM)
Must be a full squat clean. If you are new: approach this as skill workout and opt for lighter loads.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP x 12
35 Double Unders
11 Toes To Bar
5 Squat Cleans


The point of this one is to move fast, as in get 6 rounds done. If the barbell weight is too much you will miss the intended training effect and you won’t gain as much. If you are on the line opt for scaling the weight and moving faster today.
