Workout Of The Day
Metcon
Squats by Dre Day #3
At 80% of your Front Squat 1RM
2 set of 1 Squat Clean + 3 Front Squats
2 sets of 2SC + 2 F/S
2 sets of + 3SC + 1 F/S
2 sets of 4SC + 0 F/S

We do a ton of movements here is a demo in case you forogt what a Clean is :

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
AMRAP x 15 Minutes
50 Double Unders
400m Run
30/21 Calorie Assault Bike

If you don’t have double unders plan on doing 100 singles. Goal is 3 rounds on this.
