Workout Of The Day
Metcon (Time)
"WTF Just Happened?"
For Time Complete
10-1 (10,9,8..etc) Push Jerks
10/7 Cal Bike After Each Set Of Push Jerks

Rx+ = 165/115 lbs
Rx = 135/95 lbs
Fx = 95/65 lbs

No push press, strict press or split jerk. It must be a push jerk.

We do a ton of movements in CrossFit..just in case you always forgot which one is which here is a great demo video of what the push jerk is and how to do it
