Workout Of The Day
There will be a 4 minute rest between each workout.
A. Row As Many Meters As Possible In 6 Minutes
B. Row the Meters from Part A for Time
Goal is to do this in 6 minutes
C. Row As Many Meters As Possible In the amount of time it took your to row the distance in workout B
